    HP pulled an HP OneAgent software update for Windows 11 after a cleanup package in version 1.2.50.9581 deleted some organizations' Microsoft certificates, breaking Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD authentication on some HP AI PCs and disconnecting affected devices from their cloud environments. Patch My PC's Rudy Ooms traced the problem to a silent background update, identified the SP161710 cleanup package and install.cmd certificate-removal logic, and HP said the update is no longer available while it assists impacted customers with mitigation and recovery.
