Initial DisclosureA threat actor claimed to have breached Almaviva, the IT services provider for FS Italiane Group, stolen 2.3 terabytes of data, and leaked the material on a dark web forum. Andrea Draghetti of D3Lab said the leaked files appear recent, include documents from the third quarter of 2025, and do not match recycled material from a Hive ransomware attack in 2022. Almaviva later confirmed that security monitoring identified and isolated a cyberattack affecting its corporate systems in recent weeks, resulting in the theft of some data, and said it informed police, the national cybersecurity agency, and the data protection authority while keeping critical services fully operational.
