Covenant Health revised its breach impact estimate to 478,188 people after completing most of its analysis of a May 2025 intrusion. The exposed records may include names, addresses, dates of birth, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, and treatment details. The healthcare provider began mailing breach notices on Dec. 31 and is offering 12 months of identity protection services. A later Qilin ransomware claim said 852 GB of data had been stolen.
