Lithuania's Innovation Agency Lithuania has rolled out a government-funded national initiative to strengthen e-security and digital resilience, expanding cyber protection for public and private digital services. The Safe and Inclusive E-Society mission is being coordinated by Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) and is already moving into pilots in public institutions and critical infrastructure operators. The program matters because it targets personal data breach risk and aims to make digital services more trustworthy for everyday users.
