    Microsoft rolled out updates for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, SharePoint Server 2019, and SharePoint Enterprise Server 2016 to fix CVE-2026-45659, a CVSS 8.8 remote code execution flaw caused by deserialization of untrusted data in Microsoft Office SharePoint. Microsoft said an authenticated attacker with at least Site Member permissions could execute code over a network without administrator or other elevated privileges, and credited a researcher named MEOW with discovering and reporting the issue.
