    On August 31 in San Antonio, the White House and Texas officials launched Project Watershed 250 as a six-month pilot in Texas to provide water and wastewater utilities with federal and private-sector cybersecurity resources at no cost, including help from Microsoft, Google, AWS, Cloudflare, Palo Alto Networks, Forescout and Dragos.
