Initial DisclosureConduent began sending data breach notifications in October 2025 after confirming that the 2024 data breach affected over 10.5 million people; the notices say names, Social Security Numbers, full dates of birth, health insurance policy or ID numbers, or medical information were exposed, and as of October 24, 2025 there was no evidence the stolen data had been misused.
